APC will coordinate the logistics of your installation, from hardware delivery to scheduling installation technicians, ensuring a smooth installation process from start to finish.

Once the equipment is assembled, an APC Certified Field Service Engineer will verify all connections within the system have been made according to factory specification, and that it is functioning correctly in all modes of operation, ensuring optimal performance and extending the life of the product.

Part of maintaining your system is ensuring the unit is operating with the most recent firmware version. Firmware upgrades are provided at no extra charge. All Preventive Maintenance contracts include free firmware upgrades.
The Advantage Plan for single phase UPS and/or PDUs provides remedial repairs during the agreement year Includes the dispatch of qualified service personnel to provide repairs in the event of a problem Includes parts, labor and travel costs Includes Next-Business-Day response for the standard on-site offering Upgrades for one year 8-hour and 4-hour On-site response are available in most locations.
